Our Flexographic Printing Process

Flexo printing uses flexible plates that are wrapped around a drum and supplied with ink. As the packaging material is drawn through these drums, the plates roll over it and leave behind the printed graphics. Multiple plates can be used to create multi-colored designs.

The flexographic printing method allows for printing at high speeds and in large volumes, meaning it is a low-cost solution for many 1 and 2 color designs that do not require complex graphics or photo-quality images.
